Whether this is your first baby or you're welcoming another little one, these sessions focus on preserving the connection and joy of this special chapter. Partners and children are always welcome to join, creating timeless images your family will cherish for years to come. Your professionally edited images will be delivered through an online gallery for easy viewing and downloading.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Zanora Photography, LLC. Your session time is reserved specifically for you and your loved ones. • A retainer may be required to reserve your session and is applied toward your total balance. Retainers are non-refundable unless Zanora Photography cancels and cannot reasonably reschedule the session. • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice whenever possible for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the retainer and the ability to transfer it to a future date. • With at least 24 hours’ notice, a retainer may be transferred one time to an approved rescheduled date, subject to availability. • Severe weather, unsafe travel conditions, illness, or emergencies may require rescheduling. Photographer-approved weather reschedules will not result in loss of the retainer. • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. Clients more than 15 minutes late without communication may be considered a no-show. • Travel fees or payment-processing fees, when applicable, will be disclosed before payment or booking is finalized. By booking, you acknowledge that additional Zanora Photography Client Policies apply to your session.
